Matthew Hughes

Senior Vice President - Finance

Matt brings over 18 years of corporate and financial leadership experience to the company. Matt is responsible for the accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, legal, tax, human resources and administrative functions for the company.

Prior to joining Click4Care, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer of DeCrane Aerospace, Inc., a privately-owned provider of integrated interior component parts to the private aircraft market. Matt held other senior financial leadership roles earlier in his career including Controller at Frontstep, Inc., a worldwide manufacturing software provider, Vice President of Finance at The GolfWorks, and Controller at MPW Industrial Services, Inc. Matt started his career as an audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from Thiel College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
