Our exposed APIs and canonical data formats give our customers the ability to integrate with a variety of heterogeneous systems, point to point, or for Click4Care to participate in an enterprise-wide SOA implementation or service bus. The Integration Services layer includes a data transformation tool that can be used to map from any arbitrary format to the Click4Care formats and ability to perform message orchestration for support of conversational data exchange. The robust data repository capabilities of the Imbedded Integration Engine allows for all internal and external data sources as well as provider and member-facing tools to be connected, and, based on customer preference, updated in real-time or in batch.

Additional integration capabilities are leveraged within Click4Care through our OEM partnership with Information Builders iWay Service Manager and integration tools. This feature, combined with our standards based interaction (HL7 and HIPAA EDI), make the integration of your core system, HRA, PHR, Lab, Pharmacy, Predictive Modeling, imaging, assessments or other applicable data that you need to integrate, a reality. And having real-time, member-centric records encompassing our UM/CM/DM Workflows allows our Click4Care Work Board to become a virtual “Mission Control” for your care management, customer service, analytical and business intelligence teams, as all information resides in the member record and is populated by your organization or integrated with all relevant applications.
